“There may be days when I can’t help an animal in need, but the day will never come that I won’t try”
– Paul Oxton
Good Day Friends,
Why this post you may ask ?
As an expat in a foreign country I have come acorss many diffirent issues that we need to face here, It’s not entirely the communities fault as they are just not educated regarding animal wefare, there is not many shelter options here either, it is only the expats that create such facilities, or they make their homes availible if they can, Caring for homeless animals can quicly drain a volenteers resources,
Therefore we have started a community outreach program to assist as many homeless animals as possible,
I can simply just not look away ! if we don’t start helping, then the reason we are here is only one more failure for these animals with no voice.
The first story of this section.
Tied to a tree in a park, what has she done wrong ?, Hungry and scared, tied so tight that her movement has been restricted, with a mouth guard on so she can’t defend herself.
Was she a dog being trained for dog fighting or is she just another abused animal in this part of the world,
She was super scared, she does not understand why her “owner” had to tie her to a tree and left her there for the night, how scared must she be, not knowing where she is and what is happening with her tomorrow,
We have started a social program in the country that I live in, these type of behavior is just unacceptable.
Here animal rights has not yet been established, animals are continuously just discarded here, adoption is not an option to many of these dogs and cats as the are so mistreated in their puppy stages that all they understand is to growl and to defending itself.
These pups need to have someone regain their trust again, show them that humans are not so cruel, regardless of what they were exposed to.
Please know that we as expats in this country try to assist as many abandoned, discarded and abused animals as we can,
Therefore, we will be running campaigns on my blog to assist these animals in need, we can’t look away anymore. If you would like to support our initiative please do, every bit helps .
Click to make a donation.
I will post weekly updates of what we do for these animals within our reach, and as soon as our initiative becomes something stronger we will start an outreach program to help educate the local people on how to treat and care for their animals. We will also provide the medical care that these animals need, have them spayed so that there is no more unwanted pets around and the ones that does not have somewhere to go, we can help by relocating them to temporary homes that can help out until placed.
I would appreciate your input and feedback and off course assistance if possible.
Thank you for reading the post, It is so much appreciated.
Today is wanted to speak about attitude once again,
We all have a choice to who we want to be, who and what we want to portray and which face we want to show for today.
Knowing that we are all connected on a spiritual level, an energy level, there is not much we can hide from each other, yes many are not “in tune “ with their spiritual side, so immediately picking up who you are on that spiritual, energy side does not always happen, but giving them enough time with you, they will surely know who you are.
With all this, we need to remember that we effect many with how we portray ourselves, as the quote says today, there is one thing that can not be taken from you and that is you choosing your own way, your freedom is to be who you are,
Take this gift and make your choice to who you are and want to be, always keep in mind that what you put out there comes back and blessings are always happening around you.
For today’s message there is not much that need to be said, the quote says it all … life will knock you down, just get up and try again.
Try to stay happy and deal with your problems with light in your heart, the universe will guide you to where you need to be. It will be difficult at times, you need to trust yourself and have faith in your abilities. You will get there.
Remember the blessings life provides you today, make time for being wholeheartedly grateful for what you have. Remember to care for others, even if they are strangers, we don’t know what is happening in their lives and just a kind gesture from you towards them today, might mean the world to them and give them new hope to live through yet another day.
With this I want to say Thank You to each of you that read and interacts with my post today, I appreciate each and every one of you, Thank You for being part of my life’s journey.
How deep is the deep dark hole you are staring down into ?
For many of us today, life in this era, has become such a struggle to continue forward everyday,
Covid has made things so much worst, many has lost their jobs, their hopes and dreams, things has become so so expensive, everybody is trying to survive, and everyday is becoming harder.

As the quote says today, “The man who moves mountains, begins by carrying away small stones”.
If you are faced with this exact situation, start by taking small steps, don’t jump in to deep, first work through every situation, every problem and every emotional burden.
By first assessing what you are faced with, who needs you the most and how you stay strong, then after you have taken those small steps first, you will be able to move the mountain, its your sacred duty to do your best for the ones you love, remember that they are all looking up to you. You are all they have in this world.
Be strong my friends, you are way more powerful than you realize.
Change, Grow and Transform, Today’s message calls for us to step outside our comfort zone, we tend to get too comfortable in a situation even if we are not happy.
You need to ask yourself whether you are comfortable where you are or whether your soul is calling for more, more to this life,
To enable us to grow, change and ultimately transform, we need to be able to leave our safe, comfortable mental space behind, yes our mental body has the ability to protect our physical body by “filing” certain situations in a “safe” space within our psyche.
This is good at the given time, but at some point those emotions crop up again and causes old stagnant trauma to come back to the surface.
We all understand what this old trauma does to your health and wellness, therefore it is very important to step outside your comfort zone, and as the quote says it’s only after you take that step, that is only when you can start to Grow, Change and Transform.
For yourself, take the step, clear the trauma and grow. Don’t be stuck where you do not want to be, Your health is much more important and holding on to old trauma is not good for your wellness.
Cry, there is nothing wrong with crying, it’s a way to let all those frustrations out and clear the residual energy within your cells, by releasing that sadness and angers old trauma does not have a foot hold.
